MyPayIndia is operated by a team. The protection of account and user data is taken seriously.
This privacy policy applies to any MyPayIndia Product.

3. User Accounts
When you create and use a MyPayIndia account, the following personal data is processed:
- Email address
- Username
- Password (stored only in hashed form)
- IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
- Date and time of last login
This data is required to provide user accounts, authenticate users, secure the platform, and prevent misuse.

4. Mobile Application
When using the MyPayIndia mobile application, the same account-related data as described above is processed.
In addition, the application upon startup performs an update check, where the following data is sent:
- Operating System Platform (Android or iOS)
This data is processed solely to ensure functionality and stability of the application.

5. Server Log Files
When accessing MyPayIndia services, the server automatically collects and stores information in server log files. These may include:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Requested resource
- Browser or application identifier
- Operating system
This data is necessary to operate the service securely and reliably.

6. Analytics
6.1 Umami Analytics
MyPayIndia uses Umami Analytics in a self-hosted, privacy-friendly configuration.
- No cookies are used
- IP addresses are anonymized
- No cross-site tracking takes place
Analytics data is used only in aggregated form to understand usage patterns and improve the platform.

6.2 Cloudflare
MyPayIndia uses services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. for security, performance, and integrated domain analytics.
Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to protect the platform against abuse and attacks and to provide aggregated traffic statistics.
Cloudflare acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

7. Cookies
MyPayIndia does not use any sort of tracking, marketing, or profiling cookies. We only use cookies strictly necessary for the website to properly function.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to operate the platform or as required by law.
Account data is retained for the duration of the user account. Security and log data is stored for a limited period and deleted regularly.

You have the right to:

10. Data Security
